At J. Scott Campbell Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion and apparel purchases. If you are not happy with your order, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is in its original condition.

  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, secure it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
